

It’s "Yoga Thursday" at Patriot Aquatics with registered yoga teacher and parent volunteer Sara Martinez, RYT 200. She is offering this 6-week course to Patriot athletes and is guiding a practice of Vinyasa Flow, Balancing, and Stretch designed to support physical and mental strength, focus, flexibility, and muscle recovery. Patriot Aquatics is on the cutting edge of sports conditioning by offering free yoga instruction to their athletes!
